About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Safely operate a Hoyer lift to transfer bedridden clients.
Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical and emotional condition.
Support clients with mobility, feeding, and medication reminders.
Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for clients.
Follow care plans and document services provided.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Valid HHA or PCA certification is required.
Experience caring for seniors, including bedridden patients, is essential.
Familiarity with the NHTD program is a strong plus.
Ability to safely operate a Hoyer lift.
Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is highly desired.
Must be compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care.
Full-time availability, including day and overnight shifts.
