About the Role
Caregiver Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care, assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep)
Ensure clients' safety by assisting with mobility and transfers
Monitor and report health or behavior changes to supervisors
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
Provide companionship and emotional support
Administer medications as directed
Schedule and accompany clients to appointments and social activities
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Certified PCA or HHA with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
Experience in hospice, memory care, or developmental disabilities care is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
Compassion, patience, and dedication to delivering high-quality care
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Experience with phone apps for clocking in/out of shifts
